How to create Hellobar Campaign

1. Creating a Hello Bar

• Click the Hello Bar tab.
• Hit New Hello Bar +.

• Choose a template or start from scratch

Configuration Steps:

• Template Selection: Choose from presets or a blank canvas.

• Appearance: Set colors, fonts, and animation.

• Behavior: Define scroll behavior, auto-close timing, or manual close.

• Visibility: Set page targeting and user role conditions.

• Schedule: Set a schedule to display.

Notification Campaign

1. Creating a Notification

• Click the Notification tab.
• Click + Add New Notification.

• Pick a style such as a new blog alert, feature highlight, or shipping update.

Configuration Steps:

• Template Selection: Choose a message format.
• Appearance: Edit icon, message layout, and animation.

• Behavior: Trigger on scroll, time, or exit intent.

• Schedule: Set a schedule to display.

Popups

Creating a Popup

1. Go to the Popup tab.

2. Click + Create Popup.

3. Select a predefined popup or a blank layout.

Configuration Steps:

• Template Selection: Opt for pre-designed layouts.

• Appearance: Adjust spacing, shadows, button styles.

• Behavior: Configure triggers (on load, scroll, exit).

Social Proof

Creating a Social Proof Notification

1. Go to the Social Proof tab.

2. Click + Add Proof Notification.

3. Pick a format (purchase alert, sign-up alert).

Configuration Steps:

• Template Selection: Choose a real-time proof message.
• Appearance: Customize bubble layout.

• Behavior: Set frequency and delay.

• Visibility: Show on product pages or landing pages.

WooCommerce Integration

The WooCommerce integration allows Renotify to display real purchase activity and customer reviews from your store as social proof notifications.

1. Enable WooCommerce

• Toggle this option to allow Renotify to fetch order and review data from your WooCommerce store.

2. Data Type

Choose the type of data you want to display:

• Recent Purchases – Show notifications when someone buys a product.
• Product Reviews – Show recent reviews and ratings from your customers.

3. Product IDs

(Optional) Enter one or more product IDs (comma-separated) to restrict notifications to specific products.
Example: 123,456,789

4. Time Period (hours)

Define the time window for fetching data.
Example: Set to 24 to show purchases/reviews from the last 24 hours only.

5. Minimum Rating (for reviews)

(Visible only if Product Reviews is selected)
Choose the lowest star rating to include in notifications.
Example: Selecting 4 stars will only display reviews with 4★ and above.

6. Limit Results

Specify the maximum number of notifications to display from the fetched data.
