As part of Vallath’s rebranding from Total English Solutions, we developed a new marketing site and a separate learning platform. Our role later expanded to include social media management, driving their digital transformation, and strengthening their educational presence online.
Project Overview.
Vallath, formerly known as Total English Solutions, a well-established educational institution, approached us with a comprehensive UI design to develop as part of their rebranding and digital expansion from their existing website. The revamp included two major developments: a marketing website (vallath.in) to showcase their brand philosophy, along with a separate subdomain (learn. vallath.in) developed to provide a smooth learning experience, manage course purchases, and facilitate student access. As our partnership with Vallath developed, we also assigned the responsibility of managing their social media platforms as part of their ongoing social media marketing efforts.

Requirements.
We have received a technical partnership request from the Vallath Group. They have presented us with competing UI designs and want us to develop their marketing website using custom WordPress. In addition, they have requested us to ensure a hassle-free purchase experience for their customers while managing their LMS. The Vallath Group is also behind Vallath Books, a platform that publishes academic books and literature by young storytellers and poets, and they want us to manage this website, too. They are quite particular about selecting the right server provider, as they prioritize user experience and website performance above all else. Later, as the partnership evolved, social media marketing on a pan-India level was added as an additional requirement.
About The Client.
Vallath is a team of literature enthusiasts led by Dr. Kalyani Vallath, who holds qualifications such as NET, JRF, and Ph.D. in English Literature with a 25-year track record of excellence in teaching. Her unique teaching method and innovative study resources have aided literature learners nationwide.
Solution.
Following a comprehensive assessment, we believe that updating the marketing site, LMS, and Vallath Books all at once may dilute the strategic impact and is best approached in phases. Our team discussed this with Team Vallath and suggested starting with developing the marketing website and integrating LMS into it as a subdomain. We also guided their design agency to ensure a seamless user experience. This part has been successfully finished, and we are currently in discussions with Vallath’s team to explore how to manage Vallath Books. Website enhancement tasks are ongoing for the marketing website. We support their digital marketing team with development tasks. As a result of our growing partnership with Vallath, we now manage their social media marketing activities on a pan-Indian level.
