Communication Cadence

Clear, consistent communication is the backbone of every successful Midnay engagement. Here is how we stay aligned throughout your project.

Scheduled Meetings

Recurring Feedback Sessions (30 min, every two weeks).

Monthly Strategic Check-Ins (30 minutes — retainer clients) Business alignment, performance review, and roadmap adjustments based on evolving priorities.

Asynchronous Communication

Email updates, quick questions, and non-urgent requests. Response within 4–8 business hours.

Project Management Tool Task updates, deliverable submissions, and feedback loops managed via email or Basecamp — based on your preference.

Documentation Shared Google Docs or docx or pdf for specifications, meeting notes, and decisions.

Communication During Different Project Phases

During Active Development review/demos (30 min) evey two week, async updates based on timeline via email.

During Retainer / Maintenance checkins and reviews based on each plan, on-demand support requests.

Business Hours

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Timezone overlap arrangements available for global clients.
