Our Team
Every Midnay project is delivered by a purpose-built team — the right people, in the right roles, at the right stage of your project. Here’s who you’ll work with and what each person owns.
Core Project Team
Sales Engineer Engaged during pre-sales and scoping, the Sales Engineer bridges the gap between client needs and technical feasibility. They assess your existing stack, validate proposed solutions, and ensure that what is proposed can be delivered — before any commitment is made.
Business Analyst Your primary point of contact throughout the engagement. The bridge between your business goals and our technical execution. The Business Analyst translates your requirements into clear functional specifications, identifies gaps before they become problems, and ensures what we build actually solves the right problem.
Project Manager The Project Manager owns day-to-day delivery coordination, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management. They ensure the project stays on time, on scope, and on budget — and are your first escalation point when decisions need to be made fast.
UI/UX Designers Responsible for translating your brand and user needs into intuitive, high-converting digital experiences. They own user experience design, visual design, interactive prototyping, and design system creation — ensuring every interface decision is intentional and on-brand.
QA Lead In the AI era, quality assurance is not a final step — it’s a continuous discipline that runs through every phase of delivery. At Midnay, the QA Lead holds a senior position on every project, responsible for test strategy, standards enforcement, cross-device and cross-browser validation, performance benchmarking, security testing, and bug lifecycle management. Quality is not checked at the end. It is built in from the start.
WordPress Developers Our core engineering team responsible for custom theme development, plugin development, backend functionality, API integrations, and database optimization. Every line of code is written for performance, maintainability, and scale.
SEO Analyst Responsible for ensuring every platform we build is search-ready from the ground up. The SEO Analyst validates site architecture, semantic structure, metadata, Core Web Vitals, and indexing configuration — auditing readiness using SiteQwik before any go-live is approved.
DevOps Engineers (partner-provided, where required) Engaged on projects that require infrastructure expertise. DevOps Engineers handle server configuration, deployment pipelines, monitoring setup, backup systems, and CDN management — ensuring your platform is stable, secure, and production-ready at launch and beyond.

The Midnay QA Philosophy
In the AI era, the most critical role on any project is the person who ensures what is built actually works — correctly, consistently, and at scale.
At Midnay, QA is not a department that reviews work at the end. Our QA Lead is embedded from kickoff, setting quality benchmarks during planning, reviewing design for implementation feasibility, validating development at every milestone, and owning the full testing cycle before any code touches production.
This means fewer surprises, faster launches, and platforms that hold up under real-world conditions.
A Note on Team Composition
Not every project requires every role. Your dedicated team is assembled based on the specific scope, complexity, and requirements of your engagement. Your Project Manager will confirm your exact team composition during the Kickoff & Onboarding stage.
