Development Environment
- Staging URL – password-protected staging site for preview and UAT
- WordPress Dashboard – admin access with appropriate role permissions
- Git Repository (if applicable) – read access via GitHub
Hosting & Infrastructure
- Hosting Platform – client-facing dashboard (Cloudways, GCP Console, or equivalent)
- CDN Management – Cloudflare dashboard access for cache purging and configuration
- Monitoring Tools – performance monitoring, uptime tracking, and error logging
Project Management
- Task Board (if applicable) – Basecamp for tracking progress and submitting requests
- Communication Channel – email thread
- Documentation Repository – shared Google Drive, Docx, Pdfs or Figma
