Content delivery deadlines must be adhered to in order to avoid project delays.
Content & Metadata Readiness
Before development begins on content-heavy sections, we need:
- Optimized Media — images compressed and correctly sized (we provide guidelines)
- Content Structure — copy organized according to the approved sitemap and wireframes
- Metadata — SEO meta titles, descriptions, and image alt text
- Legal Content — privacy policy, terms of service, cookie policy, and disclaimer text
Single Point of Contact
Designate one primary stakeholder for final approvals and decision-making. Conflicting feedback from multiple approvers is one of the most common causes of project delays.
Account Provisioning
Provide timely access to:
- Domain registrar and DNS management
- Hosting and server access
- SSL certificates
- CDN accounts (Cloudflare or equivalent)
- Third-party integrations (CRM, email marketing, payment gateways, analytics)
- Social media accounts (if integration is required)
Security Responsibilities
- Submit optimized, clean media files — avoid bloated uploads
- Test all functionality in staging before approving production deployment
- Do not disable security plugins or modify security configurations without consulting us first
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available
- Limit admin access to trusted team members only
